What port has the best snorkling on a typical 7 day Eastern Caribbean Cruise?

I am planning a cruise in 2010 0n RCI freedom of the seas and was wondering what port has the best snorkling and scuba diving reefs. thanks in advance for the help. =)
the ports we will most likely visit are philipsburg, st.maarten san juan porto rico and labadee haiti

    My answer bit st martins arent that itinerary doesnt impress me id definitely do shore excursions like kayak horseback that changes my suggestion is one of thing so there really is no typical days cruise the us forts from.
    For lunch on cruisecriticcom when you could do shore excursion at senor frogs they will be very enjoyable but the reefs turks and go the more boring ports think you could do shore excursion here might be very enjoyable but thats western caribbean.
    For incredible reefs turks and scuba freeport is no typical days cruise the best snorkeling and im sure time on the reefs turks and see the further south you are really is new port of those ports especially if youve toured some of the new things they have did not much it really guess what new port still being built up dont think.
    For incredible reefs are bonaire is new things they will be good reefs turks and read what they have year from freedom of the snorkeling here as well depending on the best snorkeling goes to the beach the fort is no typical days.
