Bambulina asked:

Has anyone been on the Royal Caribbean 4-night cruise that travels from Harwich, England to Amsterdam and then to Oslo, Norway? How did you like it?

The only bit I didn’t like about the cruise was the coach trip from Scotland to Harwich. It was boring going, even with the cruise to look forward to and it was much worse on the way back. We seen bits of the country that we had never heard of.
Apart from that the cruise was great, Amsterdam is a great city to walk around and explore, the canal boat trips are fine and on our cruise the departure time was about 11pm or 12pm so we had a chance to see the city and the various attractions by night. The Red light district although small is worth a walk along.
Oslo is a nice city as well, although pretty miserable when it rains, which it does very often.
I would say that, for the money we paid for the cruise, it was well worth it. In fact, the year after we did that cruise, we did a 12 day Baltic Capitals and a 10 day Norwegian Fjords. Both Brilliant.
The only thing that could have been better was the weather, everything else was fine.
