My boyfriend and I are planning 2-week holiday to Miami in March - we’d like to book a short Caribbean cruise while we are there. Is it difficult for non- Americans to book a last minute cruise? (Is the security tighter etc? We’ll have our passports of course, but would further checks or a waiting period be required also?)
