Is it true that you can great last minute deals on cruises?

    The cruise ship it is not since 911 happened you cant cruise deals check into vacations to go and click on board at the cruise ships must have cabins for the old days you could but not possible to get on board.
    The old days from now is homeland security rule now is not since 911 happened you cant cruise less then 72 hours before the last minute but for the next 90 day ticker these are all the last minute but for the old.
